Jay Cardiello ’99 stars in ABC’s “My Diet is Better Than Yours,” where diets compete for the best results. The show premieres Jan. 7.
Cardiello, who majored in English at William & Mary, is one of five trainers using their original diet plans to help average people get into the best shape of their lives. In the end, only one team can be victorious.
Cardiello is a celebrity trainer, health strategist and creator of the “No Diet Plan.”
He was featured in the Spring 2008 William & Mary Alumni Magazine.
