Eight William & Mary alumni and students have been selected to receive U.S. Student Program awards, which will fund their teaching and research in countries around the world during the 2021-2022 academic year.

Two W&M juniors awarded Goldwater Scholarship

William & Mary’s legacy of success with the Goldwater Scholarship Program continues in 2019 as two students have been named to the exclusive list of undergraduate scholars. Hana Warner ’20 and Grace Solini ‘20 are among just 496 undergraduate students nationwide to be named Goldwater Scholars in 2019.

Ashley Fidler was just named a recipient of a Gates Cambridge Scholarship, one of 40 awarded in the United States. The Gates Scholarship will allow her to pursue an MPhil degree at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
