Phase II: Environmental Analysis

In Phase II, the Strategic Planning Steering Committee will expand its information gathering and community outreach through the work of subcommittees. The subcommittees will explore three areas of focus: teaching & learning, research & innovation and flourishing & engagement. The primary aim of this phase is external. Subcommittee members will identify external trends and then frame internal structures and existing programming within the broader trends.
