CSM Schedule

The CSM will meet every month and switch to a bi-monthly meeting as procedures and processes are more established and volume decreases.  Only completely filled out and signed requests will be considered.  Please attach request and send to ressp@wm.edu .  If no request are submitted , the meeting may be canceled 24-48 hours prior to the Date.
