Bio

Oz Parvaiz serves as Capital One’s Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), leading the company’s global procurement organization and overseeing a multi-billion dollar supply chain. Since joining Capital One in 1999, he has held leadership roles in marketing, risk, and operations, contributing to the launch of the Venture and Quicksilver cards and Capital One’s data migration to the cloud.

Previously, Oz served as President and Chairperson of Capital One’s Southeast Asia and Americas operations, managing more than 10,000 employees. During a two-year international assignment in the Philippines, he and his team established a program to combat water scarcity. Today the program provides clean water to over 200,000 people across 108 communities.

Oz earned his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, where he was recognized as an academic scholar. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from William & Mary.

Oz resides with his wife, Adela, and their three children. The family enjoys basketball, tennis, and walks with their Goldendoodle, Bolt.
