Evelyn has a deep value for connection and has called many places her home. Working internships in the education field across the country, from Alaska to Vermont, she has found joy and developed an aptitude for supporting students in their journeys. A recent graduate from The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, she received a B.A. in both Studio Art and Communication Studies. Her time in college played such an impactful role in her development that she is now currently pursuing an M.Ed. with a concentration in Higher Education Administration at William & Mary’s School of Education. Raised in Lexington, VA with family ties to William & Mary, she is grateful to return to her home state.
Evelyn credits much of her academic and personal success to the mentors and kindness she found throughout her time as a student. As a Graduate Assistant for Student Accessibility Services, she hopes to be that figure for the students she meets and encourage them in the pursuit of their goals. When not on campus or hitting the books, she can be found taking long walks out in nature, working on some sort of art piece, or spending time with loved ones, all while listening to a carefully curated playlist.
