Ali joined the Student Accessibility Services team as a Graduate Assistant in August 2025. She was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology at Virginia Commonwealth University, with a minor in Criminal Justice and summa cum laude distinction. She is currently pursuing her M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in Relationship, Marriage, and Family Counseling, at William & Mary. Prior to her work with Student Success, Ali held administrative roles within mental health private practice settings. She is dedicated to empowering students to navigate their personal, professional, and academic journeys with confidence. In her free time, Ali enjoys live music, reading, and spoiling her dog, Freddie Mercury.
