Katelyn Oxer

As the Program Manager for Strategic Initiatives, Katelyn coordinates cross-team business for GRI. She works with the Institute directors to set priorities, write organizational plans, and shape the direction of teams. Her activities include fundraising, finance, communications, and class curriculum. 

Katelyn graduated from William & Mary with a BA and Master’s in Public Policy. Prior to her work at GRI, she has experience in strategy development at the World Bank and Millennium Challenge Corporation and statistical capacity development at the OECD. Her special interests are the reform of finance institutions and the international development system of South Korea. 

In her free time, you can find her at hot yoga, studying a language, or reading a history book.
