VCCS Guaranteed Admission

William & Mary has a guaranteed admission agreement with the Virginia Community College System (VCCS). This statewide articulation agreement between William & Mary and all schools in the VCCS guarantees admission to those students who sign a letter of intent, fulfill all necessary conditions for a transfer associate degree, and earn a minimum GPA of 3.4 on a 4.0 scale.

Please note that your statewide agreement Letter of Intent must be submitted to William & Mary in advance of your desired date of entry. All students wishing to enroll at William & Mary during the fall semester must complete and return their letter of intent by no later than February 1 (of the same year). All students wishing to enroll during the spring semester must complete and return their letter of intent by September 1 of the preceding year.
