Qualtrics introduces W&M faculty, students, and staff to a complete and comprehensive survey design solution.
Accessing Qualtrics
All William & Mary faculty, staff, and current students have access to Qualtrics.
Your W&M Qualtrics account is created upon your first login. To create a W&M Qualtrics account, follow the steps below.
- Enter the URL https://wmsurveys.qualtrics.com/ into your preferred web browser
- You'll then be redirected to the W&M CAS login screen.
- Log in using your W&M username and password. (If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted with two options. Select No, I don't have a preexisting account here to generate your W&M Qualtrics account.)

If you need help, follow these steps:
- Login in to Qualtrics
- Click Help in the upper-right corner,
- Click Contact Support
- Select Sign in with SSO
- Organization ID is: wmsas
- Select the type of support request and follow the prompts.
- You will then be offered the currently available support options (Chat, Email, Phone, and Community)
