Devices participating in the Print Management Program will receive support and maintenance included in the cost per page. To submit a support request, please visit Request IT or contact the Technology Support Center (TSC) at (757) 221-4357 or [[support]]. When requesting support, please provide your ESI ID# found on your device.
Print devices that are not covered under the Print Management Program should contact the TSC. If it is not an IT related issue we will outsource the repair to ESI. The rates for repair under ESI are in the chart below:
