Improvements coming to lab printing on campus

Beginning when students return from spring break, there will be a new and improved way to print in labs on campus.

During spring break, Information Technology will be updating the lab printing stations on campus. When students return to campus, they will no longer be billed for their print jobs. Instead, they will print to a single queue and swipe their Tribe Card at any lab printing station, select which job to print and the funds will automatically get deducted from their W&M Express balance. So, students will need W&M Express funds preloaded on their Tribe Card before printing after spring break.
Step-by-step instructions on how to print will be available on the IT website as soon as the printing stations are converted to this new system. Until then, the current printing procedures remain in place and instructions can be found on our lab printing help page. We just want to give students plenty of notice so they know to add funds to their W&M Express balance for printing before returning from spring break. Funds can be loaded by visiting getfunds.wm.edu.
