Become a Confidential Advocate
Joining The Haven as a volunteer is a powerful and rewarding experience.
We are excited you are interested in volunteer opportunities with The Haven at William & Mary! Each year we have an overwhelming number of applications submitted to become a Confidential Advocate. Generally, we can accept 15-20 new volunteers each Spring. Our recruitment period begins in early March and selected volunteers start the following Fall.
Unfortunately, we only have the capacity to bring on new volunteers once per academic year due to the extensive amount of training involved in volunteering. If you are interested in applying to become a Confidential Advocate with The Haven please fill out this Volunteer Interest Form. You will be contacted as soon as the application is released in the Spring.
