CSD Funding Requests
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
(Please note failure to comply or meet the criteria or guidelines listed above may result in your application being denied)
- Funding is open to Recognized W&M Student Organizations (RSO) affiliated with the Center for Student Diversity.
- If more than one organization is co-sponsoring an activity or event, only one funding request form should be submitted for that event.
- Only events or activities open to all W&M students will be considered.
- Events, programs, and activities must align with the mission and purpose of the Center for Student Diversity to be considered for funding.
- Funding requests are evaluated on a month-to-month basis and should be submitted on or before the Funding Request Deadline listed in the chart below. Decisions on funding requests will be emailed on the dates also listed in the chart below.
- Organizations requesting funding will need to meet with a CSD staff member to discuss their request, details, and budget (including outside funding) for the event, program, or activity.

CSD Equipment and Game Request
Thank you so much for being interested in checking out games/equipment from the Center for Student Diversity. By filling out this form, you agree to the following:
1. The person/organization filling out this form shall keep and maintain the checked-out games or equipment during the terms of the check-out period at their cost and expense. They shall keep the games and equipment in a good state of repair, except for normal wear and tear. This included making sure all pieces were accounted for.
2. The person/organization filling out this form agrees to pay the Center for Student Diversity full compensation for replacement and/or repair of any games/equipment not returned because it is lost or stolen or any equipment which is damaged and in need of repair to put it to the same condition it was at the time of rental, normal wear and tear excepted.
3. The person/organization filling out this form agrees to return games and equipment within 48 hours of checkout agreement.

Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the processing of your request.
CSD Diversity Training/Workshop Request
The Center for Student Diversity offers workshop and training facilitation for William & Mary students and staff. If you are interested in having a staff member perform these services for you, please fill out the form below. The form must be filled out in its entirety; incomplete submissions will not be processed. Requests must be made at least three (3) weeks in advance.
