    • Note: All students have access to personal storage via OneDrive. OneDrive should not be used for shared

How do we share and collaborate on files with members of our organization?
  • By default, all members of a team have access to Teams files. So, one way to collaborate is to add them as a member of the Team, if they're not already.
  • You may also share a file or folder by selecting the “Share” button at the top right corner of the file of folder.
  • Either share the file by entering email addresses or copy a shareable link to paste into your team or email.
  • Another option is to select “Manage Access” and add members of your team to the file.
  • To collaborate with other members of your team, make sure the “Can edit” option is selected when sharing and managing access.

My organization’s email is not showing up in my Outlook. What should I do? 
  • If you’re using the web app:
    • Try logging out and logging back in.
    • Try in a private/incognito browser.
  • If you’re using the desktop app:
    • Try using the web app to confirm if it is working.
    • Try closing and reopening the desktop app.
  • If you’re using a Mac, follow these steps
We would like to give additional leaders (other than the Primary Contact) access to the organization’s email. How do we do that?
  • Please use the RSO Email Access App to grant and remove access to the Organization’s email.
  • Note: Only Primary contacts have access to the app
  • Changes can take from 24-48 hours to process
How do I access my shared inbox using the Outlook web client
  • Log in to your W&M personal email account at webmail.wm.edu
  • In the top right corner of your browser, select your photo/avatar and select "Open another mailbox"
  • Type in the username for your shared account
  • Select "Open"
Accessing your shared inbox using the Outlook app
  • Your shared account should automatically appear as a separate inbox in the left sidebar of your Outlook app window
  • If your shared account is not showing, please email support@wm.edu
