Fraud, Waste and Abuse Hotline
The Hotline was created by an Executive Order of the Governor. The Division of the State Internal Auditor (DSIA), within the Office of the Commonwealth's Comptroller, was charged with oversight.
A toll free telephone number (800.723.1615) is available for anyone to anonymously report suspected fraud, waste, or abuse of Commonwealth resources.
