Residence Hall Information

All William & Mary facilities are smoke-free.

Room Accommodations

dorm bedRooms typically include a raised twin-XL bed, desk, chair, and dresser.  Most rooms are double occupancy and share hall restrooms or suite-bathrooms where two rooms share a bathroom.  Ludwell apartments have a kitchen, living room, and full restroom but do not include kitchen utensils or television.  Halls are typically air conditioned unless specifically planned otherwise.

Linens are only provided if requested in advance by the group planner.  If these are provided, you will receive:  sheets, pillow, pillowcase, blanket, towel, washcloth, and soap. If these are not pre-arranged, guests should bring their own bedding, pillow, towel, and personal hygiene supplies.

Housekeepers are not permitted to enter occupied rooms or apartments without prior approval and notice.  Housekeeping will only be provided in common areas such as hall baths and lounges.

Please contact your group leader or our office at (757) 221-4084 to report any maintenance concerns.
