Schroeder Center for Health Policy

The Schroeder Center for Health Policy at the College of William and Mary was established in 2003 for the purpose of informing and educating current and future decision makers on a broad array of public policies related to healthcare and public health.  As part of this mission, the main objectives of the Schroeder Center for Health Policy are:

  • To provide policymakers, public health agencies, private health organizations, and community stakeholders with timely policy information and rigorous and unbiased analysis of health and healthcare problems;
  • To support graduate and undergraduate students affiliated with the Thomas Jefferson Program in Public Policy through training in healthcare and health policy and experience in policy research;
  • To support William and Mary faculty members who are actively engaged in research on health and healthcare policy.
