Psychology

Why and how do people act, think, and feel as they do? Many of the answers to such questions are found in psychology, the science of mental processes and behaviors. Our department offers one of the largest and most active undergraduate programs at William and Mary, graduating about 150 majors each year. We also offer an M.A. and support the undergraduate Neuroscience program.  Through our vertical integration of research opportunities, students at all levels work with our faculty on research projects exploring the various areas of psychology.

Schroeder Center Awards Grants to Faculty

small grants 2013This spring, the Schroeder Center awarded its first set of Small Grants Program awards to four faculty members for research in health policy. The new program will increase support for faculty-led health policy research projects at William & Mary, an important objective of the Schroeder Center for Health Policy.
