GWCC Syllabus Statement

Faculty teaching graduate courses are welcome to include the following statement in their syllabi:

Clear writing is essential to success in graduate school and beyond. The Graduate Writing and Communication Center is a free service provided to graduate students in A&S, Education, and Marine Science. Trained graduate consultants offer individual assistance with graduate-level writing. You will receive guidance to help you develop your writing and editing skills, and to improve clarity, focus, and organization. The GWCC is not an editorial service.
