Biography
Alfredo's main research interests are public finance and economic growth but he has often ventured into development economics and urban economics and more recently into energy and environmental economics. His current research focuses on environmental reform in the context of decarbonization policies. At the same time, he continues to work on infrastructure investment policies and tax reform in general.  His teaching interests include microeconomics and public finance.
