Information Sessions & Campus Tours
Learn what it takes and what it's like to be a William & Mary student.
Admission information sessions are given by a member of the admission staff, begin promptly at either 10:00 or 2:30 in the Office of Undergraduate Admission located on Jamestown Road, and last approximately 30 to 35 minutes. The student-led walking tour of campus immediately follows the information session and lasts approximately 75 minutes. One should allow two hours for both the information session and campus tour. The campus tour typically includes a residence hall, the library, academic buildings and the Sadler Center.
Registration for information sessions and tours is recommended but not required, and attendance at a campus visit has no impact on admission decisions. School or special groups of 10 or more must arrange for a campus tour by emailing [[nrlyte,Assistant Dean Tish Lyte]] at least two weeks prior to your intended date of visit.
If you are a transfer student, we encourage you to attend one of our Prospective Transfer Days that includes a campus tour.
