Full Description

If you intend to utilize financial aid for the 2024 summer term, you must submit a 2024 Undergraduate Summer Financial Aid Application once you have registered for classes. Graduate Students should complete their 2024 Graduate Summer Financial Aid Application as soon as they know their enrollment plans.

Eligibility for Summer 2024 financial aid is determined using the 2023 - 2024 FAFSA. If you have not filed the 2023 - 2024 FAFSA please make sure you do so. The last day to file the 2023- 2024 FAFSA will be June 30, 2024.

We encourage you to submit the summer aid application once you register for classes and keep us updated if your enrollment plans change. At a minimum, we strongly encourage you to submit the form no later than 3 weeks before the start of your program.

Students planning only to study abroad exclusively, don't need to do this form. The consortium agreement with the Reves Center will be considered the application for summer aid. All students planning to go abroad must work with the Reves Center, regardless of intention to apply for/use financial aid.

Students planning to participate in a W&M DC program exclusively, do not need to do this form. The DC program office will provide the necessary information to our team.
