Cancellation and Refund Policy

W&M Program Application fee, due at the time of application and Study Abroad Registration Fees are non-refundable. W&M faculty-led summer programs and W&M-sponsored programs require non-refundable deposits, as outlined in the online application system.

The College of William & Mary makes financial commitments on behalf of program participants and faculty well in advance of the start of each study abroad program.  As such, once you have committed to the program (and when applicable, paid your deposit) you are responsible for all program costs incurred on your behalf prior to cancellation or withdrawal from the program. Once the program has started, all fees are non-refundable.  Please refer to the Student Handbook for your program for additional information.
