Sexual Misconduct Incident Report (Title IX)

This website provides three online reporting options. For information about other reporting options, including criminal reporting, visit www.wm.edu/titleix/report

Anonymous Report: This is a confidential reporting option for students. Click this link to report concerns related to sex and gender based discrimination, including sexual violence, and other forms of sexual harassment without revealing the identity of either the reporter or the person who experienced the assault or harassment. With the anonymous report, we will not be able to provide support and resources for either the reporter or survivor. This option is not for faculty and staff.

Partial Disclosure Report: This is a confidential reporting option for students. The reporter will be contacted by Care Support Services to offer confidential support and resources. Click this link to report concerns related to sex and gender based discrimination, including sexual violence, and other forms of sexual harassment with the option to reveal the identity of the person who experienced the assault or harassment. This option is not for faculty or staff.

Full Disclosure Report: This is a formal report to the Dean of Students Office and the Title IX Coordinator. The reporter and the survivor will be contacted by Care Support Services to offer confidential support and resources. Click this link to report concerns related to sex and gender based discrimination, including sexual violence, and other forms of sexual harassment. The report will be reviewed for investigation under the Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedure. Faculty and staff making a required report should use this reporting option.

If you have questions or concerns about the reporting process, you may contact Care Support Services at 757-221-2449.
