W&M follows the procedures outlined in the Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights (OCR). A W&M Interests and Abilities Assessment Team (the Team) systematically assesses and evaluates student athletics interests and abilities and makes recommendations for consideration by the Athletics Director and the Director of Campus Recreation.
