William & Mary Conference Services has achieved One-Stop Shop certification through the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors – International (ACCED-I).
Received by only two schools in Virginia and 39 schools in the United States, the One-Stop Shop certification recognizes collegiate operations that deliver one contact, one contract and one bill to meeting planners. This streamlining of conferencing and events coordination is intended to more closely match the practices of convention facilities and finer hotels.

Now with our One-Stop Shop certification, planning an event at William & Mary has never been easier,” said Director of Conference Services Mariellynn Maurer.
William & Mary Conference Services is available to assist with events both on and off campus in a variety of capacities and is responsible for all campus reservations during the summer months.
