Board of Visitors to meet in Williamsburg Dec. 7-9
The Board of Visitors of the College of William & Mary will hold its regular meeting in Williamsburg Dec. 7-9, 2011.
The session will begin with committee meetings at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, in Blow Memorial Hall located at 262 Richmond Road. The meetings in Blow Hall will conclude by approximately 5:30 p.m. The Board will attend a dinner Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m.at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Court.
On Thursday, Dec. 8, committee meetings will begin at 9 a.m. in Blow Hall. Following a break for lunch, committee meetings will reconvene at 2:15 p.m. in Blow Hall and are scheduled to conclude by 4:15 p.m. The Board will then attend a dinner at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Board member Charles Banks located at 5631 White Hall Road in Gloucester, Va.
On Friday, Dec. 9, the meetings will reconvene at 8:30 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by 12:15 p.m.
The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
