Board of Visitors to meet in Williamsburg Feb. 5-7
The Board of Visitors of the College of William & Mary will meet in Williamsburg Feb. 5-7, 2014.
Committee meetings will begin at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014, and will be held on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall located at 262 Richmond Rd. The meetings are scheduled to conclude by 6 p.m. The Board will then attend a dinner at 6:30 p.m. at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Court.
On Thursday, Feb. 6, the meetings in Blow Hall will begin at 8:30 a.m. The meetings in Blow Hall will conclude by approximately 10:45 a.m. The Board will then hold a joint meeting with board members of the Alumni Association and the William & Mary Foundation in the Matoaka Woods Room of the School of Education at 301 Monticello Ave. The joint meeting will begin at 11 a.m. and break at approximately 4 p.m. The boards will then attend a reception and dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. in Chesapeake Room A at the Sadler Center located at 200 Stadium Drive.
On Friday, Feb. 7, the meetings will begin at 8:30 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by 12:15 p.m.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
