David D. Oxenford '77, president of the W&M Public Policy Program Board of Advisors and Professor John B. Gilmour, director of W&M Public Policy, announced the appointment of new advisor, Jeff Coughlin, in anticipation of a future meeting of the board. New advisors serve three-year terms.
