Who Am I?

I was born and raised in Northeastern Ohio but for college I wanted to see a bit more of the world, so I decided to go out of state. William & Mary was my dream school, and I was beyond excited when I got my acceptance letter! I graduated with a B.A. in History and a minor in Chemistry, and I am so excited to be working here now!

Why Admission?

I have always wanted to find a career that allowed me to make a difference in people’s lives. After spending a summer working in the Admission Office as a Senior Interviewer, I saw how much of a difference you can make working in college admissions. I love being able to help students navigate the college search process and share a bit about why I love William & Mary so much!

Why W&M?

Being interested in both history and STEM I really wanted to find a school that allowed a lot of academic flexibility during my college search process. I loved that William & Mary not only allowed, but encouraged, students to explore all their interests no matter how diverse. Additionally, since I was going out of state for college, I wanted to make sure that I found a place with a strong, tight-knit community, and William & Mary definitely has that! The number of people my tour guide said “hi” to during our tour showed me just how much William & Mary emphasizes creating a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone can feel at home.

FUN FACTS:
  • I have been an avid bowler since kindergarten (my high score is 278).
  • Despite being pretty tall, I am deeply afraid of heights.
  • My mom and dad have (almost) the same name, which made me think that everyone's parents did until I was 5 years old.
