Transportation Services

Don't have a car? Don't feel like driving? No problem!

Getting around the William & Mary campus and the greater Williamsburg area may seem like a challenge. Don't worry! We understand that those who live on campus may not have a car, and others may not want to fight the traffic. Whatever your transportation needs, we're here for you.

Whether around campus, or out to local shopping and movies, we'll get you where you need to go. Williamsburg has an excellent public transportation system, with convenient bus lines and even a trolley.  For more independent travel, William & Mary now proudly boasts a Zipcar program.

Heading out of town? No problem. There are plenty of solutions for that, too.

Airport Shuttle Service

Parking & Transportation Services is available to provide shuttle service to and from all three major airports for published breaks and in support of special departmental programs only.

All shuttles depart from the Sadler Center Terrace. Return shuttles pick up curbside at the Arrival Terminal for each airport. The cost per person each way is $25 for Newport News, $30 for Richmond, and $35 for Norfolk . Shuttle service is provided using 12 passenger vans or when demand increases a hired charter. We ask that passengers please pack accordingly, presume space is limited.  In the event of flight cancellations or delays we will work dilligently to accomodate passengers on other scheduled shuttles.

Electronic forms to request a shuttle or reserve a seat will be posted below:

The shuttle request form is closed, Students must e-mail parked@wm.edu to inquire about shuttles and seat availability.
