Did you know that W&M Admission offers customized counselor visits to campus and Skype information sessions for prospective students? We are pleased to offer these opportunities to counselors this academic year!
Counselor visits to campus can take place at any time the office is open on a regular schedule. Simply select a date that works for you and an admission dean will be in touch with you to make arrangements. These visits will typically include an information session, campus tour and a brief 1-on-1 chat with an admission dean. We will attempt to assign your regional dean if available. Accomodations are readily available in the Williamsburg area. Funding for counselor visits is not provided.
Skype information sessions for prospective students at your high school are a win-win for you and for us. An admission dean and current William & Mary student (if available) will lead a virtual discussion on all aspects of academics, student life, and the admissions/financial aid process -- just like on campus. Specify a date and an admission dean will be in touch with you to confirm details. Skype software is free, and its use requires either a desktop or laptop computer with webcam capabilities.
