If you are interested in transferring to William & Mary and are looking for more information about the process, please attend one of our Tribe Transfer events. These are special days just for prospective transfer students to meet W&M students and staff and ask questions about the campus community and application process. You are welcome to attend any one of our regular information sessions and tours; however, the regular information sessions are geared towards high school students. We hope that you can attend!
There are two Tribe Transfer events in the fall and two in the spring semester:
Friday, Sept 12, 2014
Friday, Oct 24, 2014
Friday, Jan 23, 2015
Friday, Feb 13, 2015
Friday, March 27, 2015
The program is from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Prior to the program's start, those interested in having lunch with a Transfer Student Ambassador can do so at 12:00. Lunch may be on or off-campus (but within walking distance) and visitors must pay for their own lunch. Anyone wishing to take part in this optional activity should register for the event and lunch at least two weeks in advance.
If you are interested in majoring in Business, our Mason School of Business gives tours of their building on Fridays at 11:30 A.M. The business school tour lasts for about 30-35 minutes. Miller Hall is not a part of the Prospective Transfer Day campus tour so you may want to arrive early and take their tour. Simply meet in Miller Hall at 11:30 if interested.
