2008-09 Faculty & Staff decals will be available for sale starting on July 15th. Decal renewal forms will be sent to departmental addresses. You may remit via mail, fax, or in person. Please take this opportunity to provide us with updated vehicle information, review the printed data, make changes or additions and return for processing. Decals for those that choose to mail or fax in the renewal will be processed within 72 hours of reciept.

VIMS Faculty & Staff

Due to an error in our software the first batch of renewal forms for those that purchased VIMS only decals in 2007-08 have the incorrect rate applicable to the 2008-09 year. We have corrected the rates and processed new forms for distribution. You do not have to return the renewal form at this time.

Parking Services representatives will be available at Waterman's Hall Monday & Tuesday July 21-22 from 8-12 daily with decals to facilitate these transactions. No need to mail or drive to the main campus to obtain your decal.

2008-09 Student decals will go on sale Aug 1st, download and complete the vehicle registration form. Please plan ahead and obtain your decal early, to avoid delays you can e-mail, fax, drop off or mail your form in with payment and we will process and send your decal to your CSU box within 72 hours of receipt.

Sophomore Hospital and Restricted Use Decals must be picked up in person.

Parking enforcement rules are in effect 24 hours a day beginning Monday at 7:30 AM through Friday at 5:00 PM, Decals or passes are required to park on campus. Summer Session decals are available at the Parking Services Office. Summer session decals are $35 and they are valid until Aug 31st. Students with Restricted Use (red) decals may replace them with the appropriate resident or commuter decal starting on May 12, 2008. The one-time replacement fee is $5. Once purchased you must park according to your decal in properly marked spaces.

VIMS Students may park at the W&M Hall lot only with a teal decal, in order to park elsewhere on campus you must obtain a temporary pass or replace your decal with the appropriate resident or commuter decal, replacement fee applies.

PARKING DECK SAFETY ADVISORY

Please watch your speed in the parking deck, the posted limit is 5 MPH. During times of heavy traffic a parking enforcement officer may be on site to facilitate orderly parking, during these periods you must follow their instructions. Day students are encouraged to seek parking on Level 2 before using the shared spaces in the Sub Level.
