Add funds to your account on campus, or online.
On Campus
You can add funds to your W&M Express account at the following campus locations with the specified forms of payment.
- Parking and Transportation Services (201 Ukrop Way, next to parking deck): cash and checks
- Cashier's Office (Blow Memorial First Floor): cash and checks
- ID Office (Campus Center Room 169) - cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard
- Copy Center (Swem Library Ground Floor) - cash and checks
- Value Transfer Station (Swem Library First Floor, by Circulation Desk) - cash
- Students' X-Change (Sadler Center Ground Floor) - cash and checks
Online
Deposits may also be made online via our secure website with Visa or MasterCard from any computer, anytime. For your convenience, students' friends and parents may also check the account balance and add funds here.

Checking Your Account Balance
Account holders: visit myWM and click on the Services tab. One login, multiple functions. The big plus? No PIN number to remember. If you have someone else that needs to know your balance you can add a PIN for them to use.
Allowing Another Person to Check Your Balance and Add Funds
If you want to give someone else, such as your parents, permission to see your balance, you need to create a PIN number for your account. This is only needed if you want to give someone other than yourself access to your balance information. They can click the Make A Deposit Online button (above) to go to the W&M Express account screen and enter your WMuserid and this PIN to view your balance. They can also add money while they are there!
Minimum Deposit Amount
A minimum deposit of $20.00 is required for all online transactions.
Convenience Fee
There is a convenience fee of $1.00 per online transaction.
