Tribe Card Services

Tribe Card Services is responsible for uniting William & Mary through a secure and reliable single card system that makes it easy for you to access goods and services all over campus. Whether you're looking to check out a book from Swem library or hit one of the treadmills at the W&M Rec Center, make sure you've got your Tribe Card card.

Your Tribe Card is the official form of identification for students, faculty and staff and an essential part of your life here on campus.

The Tribe Card and associated ID number (93#) is non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom it was issued. You should not give your Tribe Card or your 93# to any other person for any reason. 

  • Any external use, transfer, alteration, falsification, deliberate damage or forgery of a Tribe Card is considered misuse and may subject the holder to disciplinary action under the regulations outlined in the Student/Staff handbook. Misuse of the Tribe Card is also a violation of the William & Mary Honor Code and may be subject to criminal charges.
Lost Tribe Card?

If your Tribe Card is lost, it is crucial to report your lost card:

You can contact Tribe Card Services at 757-221-2105 for assistance. If you find your card, report your card as found using one of the above sites. If you do not mark your card as lost, your are responsible for all use of the Tribe Card, even if unauthorized. 

If you cannot find your card and require a replacement,you can visit us. Once a card is replaced, previous cards will not function. Bring a valid Government issued photo ID which includes your name, birth date and expiration date. The cost of a replacement card is $23. All purchases are non-refundable

Replacement ID Cards

Cards that no longer function properly can be replaced by visiting Tribe Card Services. You can visit us to purchase a replacement card. Upon replacement, previous cards will be deactivated and should be surrendered to the Tribe Card Services office to be properly destroyed. Also, bring a valid Government issued photo ID which includes your name, birth date and expiration date. The cost of a replacement card is $23. All purchases are non-refundable.
