The faculty, staff, and students of the William & Mary Department of Theatre, Speech, & Dance cordially invite you to join us at the
13TH ANNUAL HOMECOMING WINE AND CHEESE RECEPTION
OCTOBER 26, 2013
5:30PM – 7:30PM
MUSCARELLE MUSEUM OF ART
Whether you were a major, a minor, or simply an enthusiast, we’d love to see you! Join us at the new Muscarelle exhibition, Glenn Close: A Life in Costume. The exhibition is a selection from the personal costume collection of alumna Glenn Close, ’74. It includes ensembles worn by some of the most iconic characters from Close’s career in film, theatre, and television, including Norma Desmond (Sunset Boulevard), Albert Nobbs (Albert Nobbs), Alex Forrest (Fatal Attraction), Cruella De Vil (101 Dalmatians, 102 Dalmatians) and Patty Hewes (Damages).
Your donation for this event will support the scholarship fund of your choice and will include free catered hors d’oeurves with a cash bar and free admission to the Glenn Close exhibit at the Muscarelle Museum of Art.
If you are not able to join us at Homecoming this year, please consider remembering your time at W&M with a donation that will support student learning in Theatre or Dance. Your contribution – on its own, or combined with the contributions of other friends of the department – will help us create the best possible environment for our students. Your support makes a difference!
