Shadow a Tribe Ambassador
As close as it gets to the real deal!
Experience a day in the life of a typical W&M student with our Shadow a Tribe Ambassador Program.
What is it?
Participating student visitors will join William & Mary Tribe Ambassadors as they go about their typical school days. Guests will have the opportunity to taste authentic college cuisine, experience what happens inside the classroom walls, hang out in our residence halls, and stroll the grounds of our historic campus.
When is it?
Mondays and Fridays during the fall semester in addition to the month of February. Participating students will arrive in the Admission Office by 10:45 AM to be paired with William & Mary Tribe Ambassadors. Visiting students will return to the Admission Office at the conclusion of their shadow experience at 2:00 PM.
Where do I sign up?
Register for Shadow a Tribe Ambassador beginning this Summer for Fall 2012 dates!
What will I need to bring?
Just bring yourself and approximately $11 (cash or credit) for lunch at a campus dining hall.
Will I be able to participate in a tour and information session?
You will be able to make the tour and information session that begins at 2:30 PM at the Admission Office. Registration for the tour and session is separate from the Shadow a Tribe Ambassador Program.
Note:
Parents, as this program is designed solely for your students, we invite you to explore Colonial Williamsburg and sample some of the local fare.
