LTC (ret) Rosa-Borges was the Administrative Manager for the Applied Science Department until she retired in 2005. Since that time she has worked part-time in the Human Resources, Geology, Government and Economics departments, accumulating a broad base of experience spanning many of W&M's fiscal, administrative, and sponsored research business processes.

Her responsibilities include all aspects of fiscal support for WMCAR'S numerous contract and grant funded research activities. These responsibilities include purchasing, accounts payable and receivable transactions according to State, Federal and Endowment regulations, compliance with state procurement policies and procedures, and payroll processing. LTC (ret) Rosa-Borges also has extensive experience and training in the use of Banner software and the eVA procurement system.
