Troubleshooting

Having trouble accessing your ballot? Try these to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Make sure you are logged into TribeLink; if you are not, log in using your W&M user ID and password.
  2. The recommended browsers are Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. If you're using an Apple device, consider trying a computer instead.
  3. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact CampusLabs directly at (716) 270-0000 8AM-8PM ET weekdays.

Please ensure that you submit your ballot before the 8PM deadline. Any ballots submitted after 8PM will not be counted. In order to have your vote counted, make sure you click the final "VOTE" button on the Review Submission page; your ballot is not officially cast until you have clicked the "VOTE" button.
