I am a native of Port au Prince, Haiti. Before arriving at William & Mary in July of 2013, I served students in a variety of roles within residence life, admissions and minority affairs. Most recently, I served as an Associate Vice President at a mid-size public liberal arts institution where I had the opportunity to work with faculty and staff in implementing services to support student success. I am proud to be a new member of the Tribe and as your Dean of Students, I am committed to the academic and personal development of our undergraduate and graduate students. We have a wonderful expert staff that assist students with transition, available campus and community resources; what it means to be an accountable member of the Tribe. My passion for working with students stems from my wonderful experiences as an undergraduate student. My faculty and staff saw potential in me that I could have never actualized without their guidance and support. That time in my life set a tone for my career in Student Affairs and has served as an opportunity to "pass it forward" as students attempt to navigate through college life.
In addition to spending time with my 3 year old daughter Sydni Gabrielle, I am an avid traveler and enjoy working with civic and non-profit organizations.
