2012-2013 Surveys and Report
In fall 2012, the PPFA administered two surveys -- one for all W&M/VIMS professionals and professional faculty, the other for supervisors of professionals and professional faculty -- about how the performance planning and evaluation process was working and what training would help to improve it.
The following report and survey results were provided in spring 2013 to the Provost, Human Resources, professionals and professional faculty, and the campus community.
