    WMCI will be holding an HSK Prep class for students from February 5th- March 1st, 2018. The classes are based on Chinese proficiency level and the level of the HSK they are preparing for. These classes will be free for students.

  • Dumpling Making Class at Peter Chang Restaurant!

    Join WMCI student and US-ChinaStrong Youth Ambassador, {{, Isabelle (Baoling) Szczerbinski}}, for a dumpling making class with world-famous chef Peter Chang and his wife Lisa, at his restaurant in Williamsburg! Chef Chang and Lisa will teach us how to properly roll out the dough, prepare both meat and vegetable fillings, and fill and seal the dumplings. The dumplings will then be steamed and fried for us, and we will share a delicious lunch. Other dishes will be served, in a casual celebration of the Chinese New Year.
