Chinese Cooking Instructor

Ed McMahon received a diploma from the Chinese Cookery school in 1994 where he learned the preparation and history of over 80 Chinese cuisine dishes.  He has presented courses in Chinese and Thai cooking through the Christopher Wren Association.  He holds a Ph.D. in Systems Science from Brooklyn Poly as well as EE and Physics degrees.  He and his wife Barbara live in WindsorMeade in Williamsburg.
