Getting your flu shot is more important now than ever. You are strongly urged to attend one of our Flu Shot Clinics or visit a provider near you for your flu shot.

Appointments are not necessary. Flu shots are administered by The Prescription Shoppe and filed with your insurance. Wearing short sleeves to the clinic is preferable.

Bring your prescription insurance card (includes your BIN number) and a completed Vaccine Consent Form.
