Personal Training Policies
Registration

To sign up with a trainer, you must register online or at the Campus Recreation front desk. Once you register, your trainer will contact you via email or phone within 2-3 business days.

Session Payment

Clients should make their payment for their session or package by the end of the first session. The client's Personal Trainer must be present when the client makes his/her payment. Payments may be made by cash, check, W&M Express or Credit Card. Checks should be made out to W&M Campus Recreation.

Late policy

Trainers will wait only 10 minutes for clients to show for a scheduled session. After 10 minutes, the session will be lost and the client will be charged for the session. Sessions that start late due to a client that is tardy will still end on time. Partner Training: Both clients must be present at the beginning of the session. If one client is late, both clients will be considered late. Partner Sessions will not start until both clients are present.

Session Cancellation
Proper Session Cancellation: Clients should contact their Trainer directly by phone or email to cancel their session. The session will be rescheduled, provided that sufficient advanced notice is given.
Late Cancellation: Clients that cancel their session less than 1 hour before the session start time will be charged for the session and that session will be lost.
Client no-shows

Failure to show up for a session without advanced notice will result in the forfeiture of one session and the client will be charged for the session.

Package expiration

All sessions expire within 6 months of the purchase date.

Refund policy

No refunds will be given.
