How do I gain employment as a Personal Trainer for W&M Campus Recreation?
The Personal Training Course in mandatory for all W&M Campus Rec Personal Trainers, whether they take it before or after coming on staff. Personal Trainer hiring takes place every fall and those students hired go through the training course in the spring. If more Trainers are needed after the fall hiring, a smaller spring hiring will be organized, open only to the students currently in the Personal Training Course.
