I've had my sights set on personal training for the past few years because exercise has changed my life for the better. It is amazing to see what the body is capable of doing and I would love to help people learn how to appreciate exercise as a way of enriching their lives. My favorite workouts typically include both strength training and HIIT, but I am always willing to try a new training style. During high school I was a long distance runner, but have found that I enjoy other forms of exercise even more. It is all about variability -- find what works for you by trying it all!
