New to the College of William & Mary? Wondering how to keep up with your fitness in a college setting? Curious about how to manage your stress, eat healthy, or sleep enough in this new environment? Then try Campus Recreation’s newest Small Group Training: College Wellness 101. In this training, students will be introduced to a variety of different workout styles and learn about different wellness topics from experts around campus. The group will do workouts on Monday afternoons and have presentation from different experts on Wednesday afternoons. This training is restricted to freshman and first-year transfer students.
